Working Days: 4-day work week (including both weekend)
Working Hours: Shifts between 8am-7pm
Must be deployable to the following enrichment centres based on manpower needs: Forum/ Tampines Mall/ Greenwich V/ Woodleigh Mall/ Keppel Bay/ New Bahru
Responsibilities:
- Achieve excellent sales results on a monthly basis, whilst ensuring a professional and high quality customer experience in all interaction
- Support cross selling activities to maximise enrollment opportunities
- Handle the full suite of enrolment activities, including walk–ins, email, calls, WhatsApp, social media interactions, and participation in marketing campaigns such as open houses
- Provide prompt, relevant and accurate information about the programmes, addressing the needs of prospective parents and their children
- Accountable for closely following up on all sales leads within the service level agreement to achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate and meet-up with parents pre/post trials, initial lessons and conduct centre tours as requested
- Maintain positive relationships with parents and their children at our enrichment centres
Requirements:
- Singaporean only
- Speaks excellent English
- Some sales/ customer service experience preferred
- Able to commit 1 extra day of training during 3-month probation
