Job Description:
This is a contract role for an Tele Surveyor located in Jalan Bukit Merah. Our client is well placed to provide consulting services in various industries and you will be responsible for calling respondents using a provided dataset, conduct structure surveys using a script over the phone in a friendly yet professional manner and enter responses into the computer system.
Qualifications:
- Passion for speaking with people over the phone
- Does not let rejections affect your positive attitude
- Fluently read and converse in English and Mandarin/Bahasa Melayu
- Able to comfortably read from and follow a script without paraphrasing
- Basic IT usage e.g. Microsoft Words/Excel
