Jobscope:
• Develop detailed designs for test jigs, frame and structures.
• Use computer-aided design (CAD) software and finite element analysis (FEA) to simulate and analyze designs.
• Ensure designs meet safety codes, standards, and regulations.
• Site
• Conduct site surveys and investigations to assess conditions.
• Collaborate with engineers and client to understand the requirements.
• Recommend appropriate construction techniques and materials.
• Load Calculations and Analysis:
• Calculate the loads, stresses, and forces that structures will encounter (e.g., gravity,
• Perform load-bearing and stability analysis to determine if the structure can withstand these forces.
• Project Management and Coordination:
• Work closely with client and colleagues to coordinate projects.
• Provide guidance and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential risks.
Requirement
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software and FEA tools.
- Strong understanding of safety codes, standards, and regulations.
