M&E Manager

The M&E Manager will work closely with the Construction Manager or Director of Operations to assist in achieving business objectives and goals. The role involves detailed M&E coordination with specialist contractors, managing project schedules, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed M&E coordination with all specialist contractors and BIM modelers
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of Construction Shop Drawings (CSD)
- Manage testing and commissioning of M&E work and assess contractor progress
- Chair meetings for coordination, progress discussions, and variation order claims
- Liaise with Consultant Representatives and internal project team members on project matters
- Implement cost control measures to meet project budget and track variations
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or other building-related disciplines
- Proficiency in BIM model software, including BIM 360 and REVIT
- Strong understanding of M&E coordination and construction processes
- Experience in project management and contract administration
- Knowledge of quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety standards
