Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse user requirements and translate them into application specifications.
- Analyse, design, test, implement, and maintain application systems or web-based applications.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in systems analysis, design (include database design), development, implementation, and quality assurance.
- Good communication, strong analytical, problem-solving skills
Technical Requirements:
(a) At least 6 years of working experience in the following environment:
(i) Relational Database
- Teradata /DB2 - Mandatory
- MS SQL Server - Preferred
(ii) Operating Environment:
- IBM Mainframe - Mandatory
- z/OS (OS/390) - Mandatory
(b) At least 4 years of working experience in system analysis, design and testing - Mandatory
(c) Able to develop and maintain complex programs using the following:
(i) -Easytrieve Plus – Preferred
(ii) COBOL
(d) Able to develop and maintain codes in at least one of the following programming languages:
(i) Gupta Team Developer / Unify
(ii) Visual Basic
(iii) C++
(iv) Java
(v) C# and .net
