[7 months maternity cover] Associate, Sales & Marketing (Thailand)
Secretlab is an international gaming chair brand seating over a million users worldwide, with our key markets in the United States, Europe and Singapore, where we are headquartered.
You will be a valued member of our Regional Marketing (RM) team, responsible for supporting the management and growth of new markets within Thailand. This role requires a strategic sales and marketing mind to continuously develop new possibilities for the brand while delivering world-class marketing campaigns to match the product. This role reports to the Regional Market Management & Development Manager and will be based in Singapore.
Our Business Development team represents the brand to our global followers as Secretlab continues to grow its reach through internal and collaborative efforts with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organizers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.
We are looking for a proactive and collaborative team player who will assist in executing the company’s sales, marketing, communications, PR, and influencers strategies to create demand for the brand and products.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day sales and marketing operations for the Thailand market
- Provide support in the planning and execution of sales & marketing campaigns, including content localizations and product launches
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and insights to help refine our marketing campaigns focusing on the Thailand market
- Actively source and identify potential local endorsers, partnerships and/or sponsorships initiatives that will attract consumers to engage with Secretlab and try our products
- Collaborate with Global Marketing teams on campaign rollouts and content deployment to improve appeal and relevance to the local audience
- Maintain organized records of sales & marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
- Manage Secretlab Thailand's social media and marketplace accounts regularly
- Become a subject matter expert for assigned markets, in the areas of:
- Local market sentiment, buyer demographics, and buyer behavior
- Key competitors’ in-country marketing and brand positioning strategy
- Market trends and consumer interests/ sentiment toward our relevant industries, including but not limited to gaming, esports, and pop-culture.
- Key media outlets, reviewers, KOLs etc. to engage to grow Secretlab brand
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or a related course of studies
- 1-2 years’ work experience in a local/ regional marketing role within an e-commerce environment
- Able to work independently with demonstrated ability to be creative & resourceful
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Thai and English with the ability to present ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Strong attention to detail and good work organization skills
- Able to operate in a high-energy, fast-paced and constantly changing environment
