Key Responsibilities and Key Performance Indicators
1. As a Network Lead, manage and mentor the team of network engineers to provide daily operational network technical support
2. Responsible for network related projects from initiation to implementation as well as getting project sign-off from client’s stakeholders for project closure
3. Manage client’s stakeholders (Tech Ops, Enterprise Architects, Cybersecurity, PMO, Procurement, Legal), internal stakeholders and external vendors/service providers
4. Ensure full compliance with all SLAs, IT policies and audit requirements and provide support to all audit activities.
5. This role (collectively with the support of the team) is responsible for managing client’s network environment end to end:
6. Responsible for all the aspects of network BAU service delivery includes but not limited to maintenance of network design, architecture & security, network device/service availability, configuration, capacity, patch management, incident & problem management, technology refresh, etc.
7. Responsible for managing the following technologies:
- Cisco Routing & Switching
- Cisco SD-WAN
- Cisco ISE
- Zscaler
- Firewall – Palo Alto
- Cisco Wireless
8. Acts as the escalation point and lead on any network related major incident triage call together with internal stakeholders, customers, and external vendors/service providers
9. Participate in planning, design, preparation, and network implementation for supporting customer’s major events
10. Work closely with 3rd party vendor, Customer’s Business Owner, Technology Directors, Enterprise Architects to provide technical support in Customer’s POC initiatives
