Our client, a MNC in the West, is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the accounting team and oversee and review works done by the team member.
- Using the SAP System, handle partial accounts payable and receivable.
- Manage monthly income/expenses.
- Billing and communication with customers and vendors to resolve billing issues.
- Keep a proper filing system in place and up to date.
- Prepare accounting schedule and reports for HQ.
- Assist with month-end closing.
- Coordinate with auditors for the year-end audit.
- Other ad hoc assignments and projects assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Around 5 years of Accounting working experience is preferred
- Experience in manage a small accounting team
- Must be familiar with using SAP
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to do multi-task
- Willing to learn, on-job-training provided
- Team player
