ACMV Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled ACMV Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage the successful execution of ACMV projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction industry, particularly in ACMV system installation, and will be responsible for ensuring that all project requirements are met according to specifications and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise subcontractors’ work progression according to shop drawings, method statements, materials, and samples
- Liaise and collaborate with relevant authorities, subcontractors, main contractors, and clients regarding shop drawings, materials, and samples
- Review and align ACMV design drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines
- Identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, ID, architectural, and client provisions
- Manage and execute the project as per the established deadlines
- Attend meetings with subcontractors, contractors, and clients to address issues and provide updates on progress
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- More than 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role for senior position consideration
- Preferably experience in the construction industry, specifically in ACMV system installation
- Sound knowledge of ACMV systems, local/international codes of practice/standards, Green Mark requirements, hydronic/static calculations, BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD is an advantage
- Good working attitude and ability to work collaboratively as a team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
