Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts of our house brand liquor, specializing in Chinese Baijiu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and coordinating logistics to ensure seamless delivery of products post-sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:Create and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell our house brand Baijiu.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
Conduct presentations and tastings to educate clients about Baijiu and its unique qualities.
- Sales Performance Monitoring:Set and achieve sales targets, monitoring performance against goals.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Logistics Coordination:Oversee logistics processes post-sale, ensuring timely delivery of products to clients.
Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to manage inventory and distribution.
- Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging markets.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Training and Development:Train and mentor sales team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Foster a high-performance sales culture within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the beverage or liquor industry.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese Baijiu and its market dynamics is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
