Business Development Executive

  • Execute Company's business development strategies to drive marketing activities and achieve sales budgets/ targets
  • Demonstrate ability to accelerate growth by sourcing and establishing new accounts
  • Create, develop and implement sales and marketing plans to generate additional revenues for the Company
  • Promote company’s range of health supplements and healthcare products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and other retailers
  • Increase and maintain sales volume of products
  • Maintain relationships with business stakeholders/ accounts and to provide good customer service
  • Develop and manage company’s E Commerce website
  • Ensure online and offline orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
  • Proactively re-order products in a timely manner and monitor expiration dates of inventory
  • Work with marketing agencies on website development and marketing campaigns
  • Provide support in regulatory affairs (RA) for product registration
  • Maintain and track the registration status of all products in compliance with relevant regulations
  • Provide support on product formulation and development
  • Handle Import / Export shipment document and shipment tracking
  • Handling of logistics role including sorting of delivery invoices & arrangement of shipment
  • Performs other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

· Minimum diploma holder (in the relevant fields ie biomedical, pharmaceutical sciences, healthcare-related disciplines, business administration)

· Prior experience in sales (especially of healthcare/ pharmaceutical products) would have an advantage

· At least 2 to 3 years working experience preferred

· Proficient in English – spoken and written, and in Microsoft Office & Design software

· Possess good communication, presentation and negotiation skills

· Willing to travel locally to visit clients

· Able to work independently and is result-oriented

· Positive disposition with a can-do attitude

· Proactive, motivated, hardworking, meticulous with strong follow-ups skills
