Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for full sets of Accounts
- Prepare month-end and year-end financial statements
- Prepare financial statements, payments, AR billings, journals, monthly schedules, bank statement reconciliations, staff reimbursements, GST submission etc.
- Prepare management reports i.e. project analytics, revenue, costs, cash flows, AP, AR, Related Party Transactions reconciliation for group reporting & etc.
- Liaise with internal and external parties on billings, payments, reconciliations, audit, taxation matters
- Assist in banking matters, account opening, LC, insurance bond & etc.
- Assist in corporate secretarial activities
- Coordination for physical inventory and fixed assets count on an ad-hoc basis
- Responsible for statistical filing
- Hands-on and work with other team members for finance deliverables
Requirements
- Accounting Degree, Partial ACCA or other relevant qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in handling full set of accounts with reputable companies
- Proficient in MS Excel, Words, PowerPoint & etc
- Good communication, organization and administration skills
- Hand-on experience in Navision accounting software is an advantage
- Experience in construction industry is an advantage
