Key Responsibilities:
· Reporting to the Head Nurse, the incumbent’s role is to facilitate positive student responses to normal development; promote health and safety
· Intervene with actual and potential health problems
· Provide case management services, and actively collaborate with others to promote student and family capacity for adaptation, self-management, self-advocacy and learning
Requirements:
· State Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board.
· Enrolled Nurse with Paramedic certificates can be considered.
· Minimum 2 years post graduate in Nursing with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
