Responsibilities
Project Management
- Develop and execute plans to design, implement, and oversee projects aimed at enhancing the smart campus experience;
- Gather and analyze user requirements, draft operational concepts, seek budget approval, and manage procurement processes;
- Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project goals and expectations are aligned for smooth execution;
- Proactively identify and address potential project risks and issues to maintain adherence to timelines and project schedules;
- Provide regular project updates to management and key stakeholders through various platforms.
Research/Horizon Scanning
- Monitor emerging trends in the Training & Learning Development sector;
- Identify opportunities for industry awards and organizational recognition.
Report Compilation and Submissions
- Prepare and submit reports as needed, including reports, KPIs, internal audits, budgets, project tracking, and liability checks for library resources.
Broadcast Message Design
- Create communications on data governance, corporate events, and innovation-related publicity materials, promoting an innovation-driven culture.
Requirements
- Singaporean only.
- Knowledge or experience in project management/administration would be advantageous.
- Minimum Degree holders.
