- Lead and plan full medical strategy for Oncology products
- Serve as the primary medical contact for thought leaders (TLs), engaging them in peer-to-peer discussions and managing local event speakers.
- Develop and cultivate local TLs for national, regional, and global Bayer events, and build scientific partnerships to achieve medical objectives.
- Act as a Medical Expert for Idonesia clinical development trials in a designated therapeutic area, and manage investigator-sponsored studies in line with global strategy.
- Identify and build a hospital and patient referral network for oncology in the ASEAN region, including partnerships with key hospitals and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance and safety by modeling ethical behavior, reviewing and approving promotional materials according to SOPs and regulations, and adhering to SOPs and local standards.
Requirement:
- Qualified doctor/ Registered under Medical Council / Experieced in ICU, Oncology or Internal Medicine
- Degree in Medicine
- Broad understanding of Medical Affairs
- Extensive knowledge of current technical and regulatory developments
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia as have to liase with 100% VIP clients from Indonesia
