- Manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring that all meetings and appointments are scheduled, and conflicts are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Organize meetings and events, including preparing agendas, coordinating logistics, and ensuring all necessary materials are available. Assist in compiling and producing meeting presentation materials.
- Prepare reports and presentations for CEO, including compiling data and creating charts and graphs as needed.
- Assist in talent development and recruitment, identifying top creative talent and ensuring the company has the necessary skills and expertise.
- Communicate and mointor progress with key stakeholders, such as the executive team and board of directors.
- Liaise with various departments to execute plans and solutions for more efficiency operational tasks and better solutions.
- General administration and ad-hoc duties of the department

- Attend meetings and accurately record meeting minutes when required.
