As a brand ambassador, you will leverage your fashion expertise to build lasting relationships with clients and create memorable in-store experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve personal and store sales targets through effective clienteling and relationship-building techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service, tailoring your approach to individual customer needs.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and competitors’ offerings.
- Maintain high store presentation standards, including product replenishment.
- Assist with stock management, processing sales transactions, and other operational tasks.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of retail experience, ideally within a luxury environment.
- Open to fresh graduates passionate about fashion retail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment with flexibility for weekends and holidays.
