About The Opportunity
We are currently seeking highly skilled and dedicated Warehouse Manager in ensuring efficient management and control of the Warehouse Operation whilst achieving agreed budgetary and service levels.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Lead the creation and implementation of best practice warehouse strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
- Provide a safe working environment, adhering to the necessary safety procedures and ensuring they are understood and practiced by the team at all times.
- Ensure inventories are accurate and control inventory levels by ensuring physical counts are conducted and reconciled with an automated system utilizing the help of the warehouse team.
- Coach, manage and develop warehouse staff and team leaders to optimize performance and meet targets and deadlines.
- Provide Quality Control and Assurance by ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
What We Are Looking for
- Qualifications such as a diploma in Pharmacy or Supply Chain Management will be favourable
- 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Pharma setting
- Ability to build, lead and motivate a skilled team able to meet objectives
- Proven management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development ·
