Roles and Responsibilities:
Account Servicing Role
- Initiate and set up all programmes and services to be delivered. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Immigration services
- Home finding services
- Country orientation programmes
- School search programmes
- Cross Cultural Awareness programmes
- Disconnect programmes
- Appoint, coordinate, and manage subcontractors (e.g. Relocation consultants, realtors) and vendors involved in service delivery.
- Provide administrative support to assignee for relocation services not supported by consultants or vendors. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Temporary accommodation bookings
- Coordination of household goods movement
- Tenancy lease review
- Tenancy maintenance requests
- Ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner
- Ensure all services are delivered optimally, and in compliance with company policies and guidelines
- Create and maintain client entry in database, entering all relevant data into database on a regularly basis.
- Provide updates and reports on client status to account based on account specified reporting formats
- Check invoices generated for billing
Pre-requisites:
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Good command of spoken and written English to be able to communicate both verbally and in writing withmulti nationals (English being the main mode of Business)
- Adept in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Office Outlook)
- Able to multi-task and work with different levels of people
- Meticulous, proactive, and good working attitude
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
