Roles & Responsibilitie:
The Human Resource (HR) cum Admin Executive will be involved in the full HR spectrum and is expected to manage the day-to-day operations of the HR office.
Responsibilities:
· Able to adapt to the various functions within the HR department
· Updating of staff information in the database and Personnel File Maintenance and ensuring confidentiality at all times
· Handle recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, employees’ engagement & relations, performance management, safety compliance, etc
· Conduct newcomer’s orientation process and briefing of employment terms and conditions
· Arrange & coordinate staff training enrolment and update of training records
· Assist in all Recruitment Drives & Work Pass Applications such as S Pass / EP application and pass renewal
· Assist with performance appraisal
· Maintain employees’ leave record and medical claims
· Maintain, upkeep company & departmental documentation of operational policy, rules and regulation
· Maintain, upkeep and participate in ISO, BizSafe and OHSAS audit
· Communicate with external vendors on accommodation for foreign employees
· Assist in administration duties when required and other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
· GCE “O” Level / Certificate or Diploma in HRM or its equivalent with some working experiences
· At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the related field
· Good understanding of human resources functions
· Meticulous, organised and enjoy handling transactional activities
· Able to exercise mature discretion on confidential issues
· Possess excellent Verbal and Communication Skills with good interpersonal skills
· Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
· Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM regulations and practices
· Positive attitude, fast and independent with strong organizational skills.
· Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
· Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
