Job Description
- Maintain and update calendar to ensure good time management on scheduling of meetings, conferences and any other business/personal appointments.
- Manage business travel support such as the arrangement of flights and accommodation bookings, airport transfer, visa documentation, and planning of travel itineraries in accordance with business and meetings schedules etc.
- To take down and transcribe the minutes of meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the executive office.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking associates.
