Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the bakery outlet including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise and lead a team of staff members to deliver good service quality and customers' satisfaction.
- Train, mentor and supervise new staffs providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Foster a positive working environment and team cohesion.
- Address customers complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor customers' feedback and implement improvements.
- Recruiting, conducting training and oboarding for new employees.
- Schedule shifts and manages employees' workloads.
- Oversee inventory levels and stock replenishments.
- Conducting regular stock audits and management stock discrepancies.
- To perform cashiering function and manage opening/ closing of daily cash sales handling and financial transactions.
- Track sales targets and performances monitoring.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.
Job Requirements:
- SINGAPOREANS ONLY
- Proven experience in a retail sales/ F&B environment, with at least 1-2 years in a Supervisory or Managerial role.
- Knowledge of bakery operations and food safety is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staffs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts.
