Job Description
- Responsible for the full spectrum of administration functions for the Council.
- Coordinate and organize office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- To take down and transcribe the minutes of meetings.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in the executive office.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
