We are looking for a passionate and driven Relationship Manager / Partnership Manager to be part of our team in driving the growth of our payment and digital asset products and services, by fostering partnerships, expanding digital assets ecosystems, and ensuring delivery of seamless, innovative services with a balance of business knowledge and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager (RM) for answering sales enquiries, managing client relationships, and enhancing customer experience
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the payment and digital assets landscape to drive growth and market penetration
- Manage the entire lifecycle of sales and partnerships, including collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to promote payment and digital assets solutions to prospective and existing clients
- Build and nurture partnerships with banks, payment service providers, crypto liquidity providers, investment companies, and other financial market players.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with external partners, ensuring terms align with business goals and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as onboarding, operations, legal & compliance, and technology, to ensure smooth delivery of services and products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- Min. 4 years of relevant experience in banks, payment companies, financial services, or fintech, with at least 2 years in a partnership role
- Deep understanding of digital assets and payment ecosystems including digital assets, OTC business (on and off ramp) cross-border payments, FX
- In-depth understanding of the regulatory landscape, AML compliance requirements, and operational needs of banks / payment companies / crypto OTC desks
- Good network in the traditional financial industry and crypto industry is a plus
- Team player, strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
