Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Plan Management: Facilitate and manage the execution of marketing plans developed in collaboration with in-house teams and agencies.
Social Media Oversight: Oversee daily operations and execution of the marketing plan across social media platforms.
Sales Support: Assist with retail sales initiatives.
Campaign Development: Conceptualize and execute multichannel marketing campaigns that align communications across all channels throughout the customer lifecycle.
Creative Direction: Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction for advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video.
Content Management: Manage and update content for customer and internal touchpoints, and establish budget guidelines.
Market Insights: Gather customer and market insights to enhance outreach strategies, increase conversions, and generate qualified leads.
Reporting and Communication: Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate marketing strategies, programs, and budgets to senior leaders.
Qualifications:
