- Primary liaison personnel for the Branch with MAS/ authorities/ bodies for approvals, enquiries, negotiations
- Manage and supervise AML/ CFT compliance, such as updating AML/CFT policy and procedure manual, overseeing account opening procedure, implementing and reviewing CDD/AML/CFT policies and guidelines
- Manage and supervise regulatory compliance, such as monitoring new instruments issued by MAS and updating Branch's Compliance Manual
- Manage treasury compliance with regulatory requirements, such as instituting proper policies and internal controls
- Manage credit compliance, such as ensuring all credit files and proposal satisfy and comply with all regulatory requirements
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in relevant field of study
- Location: Raffles
- Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
- Able to start work immediate or on short notice
