General Overview
As a key member of the LNG Market and Business Solutions Team, the incumbent will support and report to the Senior Manager (LMBS), to work on commercial activities to drive the growth of Growth Projects by the company. This includes assisting in managing key relationships and facilitating communication between various internal and external stakeholders. This role supports the execution of stakeholder engagement strategies and ensures the smooth flow of information to meet project and business goals. This will play an essential part in maintaining stakeholder satisfaction by providing operational and administrative support, tracking stakeholder feedback, and assisting in problem resolution.
Roles and Responsibilities
The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following scope of tasks and duties:
Commercial and contracts management
- Key Account Oversight: Independently manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts, proactively addressing contract-related issues and optimizing commercial operations.
- Contract Development and Negotiation: Lead the development of contracts (MOU, HOA, definitive agreements) for new projects, collaborating with legal counsel as needed. Drive negotiations and oversee contract execution post-management approval.
Stakeholders Engagement and Management for Growth Projects
- Manage multi-disciplinary project teams, monitor progression (actions and budget) and making sure that projects in line with agreed quality, timeline, and budget.
- Ensure internal and external stakeholders properly managed by:
- Drive Meetings and CommunicationsOrganize meetings with stakeholders, and driving the agendas to deliver positive outcome to the satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders. And, follow up with the necessary actions to close all action items.
- Documentation and ReportingPrepare meeting minutes, track action items, and maintain records of stakeholder interactions. Generate periodic reports on stakeholder feedback, issues, and progress.
Maintain comprehensive records of stakeholder interactions and produce periodic reports on feedback and project progress. - Assist in Conflict ResolutionIdentify and address stakeholder issues independently, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolutions.
- Cross-functional Liaison:Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, gathering information and ensuring stakeholder requirements are clearly communicated and addressed.
- Monitor Stakeholder FeedbackCollect and analyze stakeholder feedback to assist in the continuous improvement of engagement strategies;
- Manage other activities that have commercial / value implications for the company from time to time or tasked by the reporting officer.
Work Experiences
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in project engineering, and key account management roles.
- Experience in land and wayleave agreements in Singapore is preferred.
- Experience in tank storage, LNG & gas or shipping industry is a plus.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills.
- Excellent negotiation, closing and follow-up skills.
- Desired Traits:Experience working in a stakeholder or client-facing role is an advantage.
High level of initiative and self-motivation.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing stakeholder concerns.

Education Requirements
- The incumbent should possess a Degree from a reputable university.
- Proven experience in commercial and contract management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams independently.
