We are seeking a Clinic Receptionist for a specialist ear, nose, and throat clinic based in Mt Elizabeth Novena Specialist Centre, Gleneagles Hospital, and/or Camden Medical Centre. The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Experience working in a medical clinic as a front counter staff
- Good customer service skills - in person, over the phone, and by email
- Reliability
- Punctuality
- Ability to work in a team effectively
There are four doctors in the group practice.
The clinic currently has clinic receptionists, clinic assistants, senior staff nurse/ clinic manager.
The clinic is supported by three administrative staff from an office located in United Square.
Working times are 0830-1730hr Monday to Friday and 0830-1300hr Saturday.
Staff is given one Saturday and one half-day morning off a month after confirmation.
The clinics are open 0900-1300 and 1400-1700 from Monday to Friday and 0900-1300 on Saturday.
