- Manage IT infrastructure, documents, user accounts and SOP
- Provide IT operations and functions to local and regional offices, including maintenance and update of computer systems
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, applications and IT related requests, including after office hours support
- Conducting user training, deploying and managing software applications and tracking of IT assets and equipment
- Procurement and inventory of IT related equipment
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in IT/Computer Science or related industries
- Min 2 years exp with computer network, network admin and network installation
- Experience with network infrastructure including TCP/IP, DNS, DNCP, VPN, IPsec and others
- PC Troubleshooting and Network Troubleshooting for both LAN & WLAN
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri (8am-5pm)
- Location: Bedok (Chai Chee)
- Salary: Up to $4000 (Depending on experience)
- Able to start work immediate or on short notice
