Job Description
- To provide wherever and whenever necessary standing supervision for the construction of civil and structural works in accordance with the Project specifications, construction drawings and Building Control Act and Regulations
- To be overall in charge of the management and control of a team of site staff or Resident Technical Officer in performing their duties on site so that they can provide satisfactory supervision
- To oversee all aspects relating to the construction of the Project, keeping and submitting records of works, materials, and equipment at site, attending meetings, keeping minutes of meetings and discussions, assisting in the coordination of Contractor’s works with Consultants
Requirements
- Registered Resident Engineer (with BCA / IES / ACES)
- Fresh graduates or senior-age professionals looking for a new challenge are welcome
