Job Description
- Responsible for database platform construction and participating in developing database operation and maintenance products and related components. Participate in research on new database technologies and new products.
- Responsible for providing technical support and training to the development team subordinate to the company's business department. Ensure stable and efficient operation of the company's database cluster.
- Support business development. Provide after-hours support as required and be part of a 24/7 on-call rotation for database cluster production environments.
- Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer or related technical disciplines, with more than three years of experience in database systems, such as MySQL, TiDB, PostgreSQL, etc.
- Familiarity with other NoSQL database products and research, operation, and maintenance experience, such as MongoDB, Redis, Doris, etc.
- Familiarity with the Linux operating system, good at deploying services,troubleshooting, and tuning under Linux.
- Familiarity with at least one of the programming languages, such as Shell, Python,Golang, etc., and proficiency in performing database operations and maintenance development.
- Proficiency in using open-source middleware and experience using open-source architecture or middleware in large-scale businesses are preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
