The successful candidate will:
- Support in enhancements for whole-of-government ICT risk management policies, processes and platform
- Manage risk data by performing quality checks, analysing data sets for management insights
- Promptly address agency queries and issues on the ICT risk management platform and related policies and processes
- Provide staffing support (e.g. scheduling of meetings, manage queries, document minutes and action items etc.)
- Enhance training and other materials in ICT risk management, document case studies and good practices
- Conduct external scans of methodologies and case studies and provide analysis on their applicability.
- Support the tracking and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators as part of the organization's ERM framework.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years relevant experience in ICT cybersecurity, data security, project or related governance, risk or compliance management
- Public sector ICT experience is preferred.
- Prior experience in conducting ICT cybersecurity, data security and/or project risk assessments is preferred
- Relevant experience in data visualisation and analytics.
- Prior experience working in collaborative cross-agency/functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Strong analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Strong data analysis skills
- Familiarity with using a governance, risk & compliance (GRC) platform
- Meticulous with an eye for detail.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Team player who is agile and collaborative
