- In-charge of correspondence and coordination for IT system user support, regularly check user uploaded data, liaise positively with users and system owner for the system operation and maintenance;
- Conduct regular training session for system user;
- Conduct weekly and monthly review of uploading progress and attend regular meeting with Client, facilitating discussion between system specialist, developer and Client.
- Possess good communication skill, able to work independently as well as co-operate with project team to ensure the project is running smoothly;
- Familiar with data base management and sensor data analysis is an advantage;
