Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily meals (Lunch & Dinner) with attention to taste and quality.
- Ensure proper portioning, quality, and presentation of ingredients, following standard guidelines.
- Manage and maintain cooking tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean, organized, and well-kept.
- Ensure cleanliness and regular sanitation of all cooking utensils and containers.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and adhere to food safety protocols.
- Handle the procurement of fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Job Requirements:
- Proven culinary experience.
- Sound knowledge of different cuisines as well as food health and safety regulations.
- A strong understanding of nutrition.
- The ability to handle criticism.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
