Key Performance Areas
Assembly
1. To perform installation of dowel pins, bushing and helicoils.
2. To perform simple mechanical bench work such as tapping and drilling.
3. To organise and co-ordinate with group members to achieve set target and productivity.
4. To monitor workmanship and quality.
5. Maintain good discipline and housekeeping.
Quality
1. To provide and maintain all assembly areas and tools house-keeping -5S and ensure all Assembly practices are in accordance to A & One Precision best practices and other practices which the Company may introduce from time to time.
2. To maintain good workplace health and safety rules and regulations compliances at all time in store/workplace.
Administration
1. Ensure safe custody of Assembly management administration documentation recording and updating.
2. To co-ordinate and human relation working attitude with Assembly fellow team and others department pro-actively and team-work at all time for Assembly targets and timely update/delivery.
To continuous improvement of Assembly job and etc.
Competence Requirements
Education level:
1. Min. Primary/ Sec/NTC/Nitec level.
Experience level:
1. Two (2) years in relevant experience in Assembly environment or manufacturing or its relevant
2. Perform Assembly machines, testers and tools/equipment.
3. Ability to read, understand mechanical drawing and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance.
