Our esteemed client, an established company, is searching for a Customer Service Officer:
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by representing the company in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Identify and respond to customer needs, offering accurate information and advice.
- Address customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure timely follow-up for resolution.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as customers, contractors, workshops, and others.
- Prepare quotations and raise Work Orders.
- Liaise with controllers and contractors on service/repair quality and pricing.
- Follow up on vehicle service/repair progress with workshops and contractors, and provide updates to customers.
- Update customers on the service schedule and vehicle collection status.
- Conduct basic investigations into customer complaints and provide recommendations within guidelines.
- Escalate pressing issues to supervisors as necessary.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum O-Level qualification.
- Relevant experience in customer service, administrative, or support functions.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
Additional Information:
- Working Location: Senoko (Company Pick-up at Admiralty MRT)
- Working Hours: 5.25 Days, Mon to Fri - 8:30AM - 05:30PM/ Alternate Saturday- 8:30AM - 12:30PM
- Salary: Basic Up to $2,600 + OT + AWS + Variable Bonus
