Job duties:
- Overseeing the whole operations and performance of the Company with the size of 60-80 employees;
- Developing and implementing strategies to meet business objectives, building good relationships with customers and key stakeholders;
- Driving the growth, profitability, and overall success of the business;
- Ensuring the compliance with all local regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in business administration, international business, management, or a related field is preferred;
- 10 years relevant experience in managerial role, preferably in multinational enterprise;
- Experience & knowledge in the MEP industry (Mechanical, electrical and plumbing) is highly preferred;
- Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and market dynamics;
- Strong leadership in effectively managing different teams/different cultures and drive performance, able to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives;
- Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness to work effectively with diverse departments and stakeholders;
- Strong networking abilities, able to build relationships with both existing and potential new stakeholders and partners.
