Job duties:

  • Overseeing the whole operations and performance of the Company with the size of 60-80 employees;
  • Developing and implementing strategies to meet business objectives, building good relationships with customers and key stakeholders;
  • Driving the growth, profitability, and overall success of the business;
  • Ensuring the compliance with all local regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in business administration, international business, management, or a related field is preferred;
  • 10 years relevant experience in managerial role, preferably in multinational enterprise;
  • Experience & knowledge in the MEP industry (Mechanical, electrical and plumbing) is highly preferred;
  • Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and market dynamics;
  • Strong leadership in effectively managing different teams/different cultures and drive performance, able to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives;
  • Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness to work effectively with diverse departments and stakeholders;
  • Strong networking abilities, able to build relationships with both existing and potential new stakeholders and partners.
