Accountant – 2 years contract (Renewable/ Convertible)
Key responsibilities:
· Handle full sets of accounts
· Prepare payments, budgets and perform cash flow management
· Prepare year-end financial statements and liaise with auditors to complete annual audit
· Prepare financial statements in XBRL format for annual filing purposes
· Handle taxation and liaise with tax agent
· Handle corporate secretarial matters and liaise with corporate secretary
· Substantially involved in group consolidation and shareholders’ reporting
· Handle office administrative and HR matters
· Undertake any other ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
· Degree in accountancy
· 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably some experience in audit or accounting firm
· Prior experience in e-commerce industry will be an added advantage
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken & written) as this position will need to liaise with China offices
· Possess positive attitude, willing to learn and good initiative
· Good application of Microsoft Office including MS Word and MS Excel
