Key Responsibilities:
- Take part in the end-to-end solutioning for BSS Transformation.
- Manage B2B products, order management, and billing processes.
- Design and develop solutions that meet business needs while ensuring scalability, security, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications using CloudSense OOTB features.
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with the CloudSense CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) platform.
- Proficiency in leveraging CloudSense out-of-the-box (OOTB) features for solution development.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms like Salesforce
- Understanding of Business Support Systems (BSS) processes, especially in telecom environments.
- Strong skills in integrating CloudSense with other systems, including ERP, CRM, and billing systems, using APIs and middleware.
