Responsibilities:
- Manage network & systems, firewall and storage related issues of the company
- Provide end-user support and training for hardware and software.
- Install, configure and provide technical support to workstations, software, communication services, network printing, scanner, biometric system, CCTV etc.
- Maintain and provide IT support and troubleshooting for end users.
- Perform system administration and maintenance tasks including data protection/backup and disaster recovery sites.
- Deploy, manage and troubleshoot user workstation and computer equipment
- Monitor anti-virus activity, reporting and update
- Create user guide, maintain record and IT documentation
- Perform inventory management of hardware and software
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and Windows system
- Experience in construction industry will be added advantage
- Good understanding and experience of Windows operating system, office365, Sharepoint and Autodesk
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
