- To assist Operation Manager on the daily deployment for the workers, including planning of logistics for the workers to and back from job site
- To record, maintain and apply for the following passes for workers before expiration;
- Jurong Island Pass
- Mandatory safety passes
- Mandatory training courses
- To maintain a good inventory records for all PPE and ensure all records are in order for audit purposes.
- To order, prepare and distribution of PPEs to the employees.
- Collection of timecards/timesheets from employees every month end and ensure that the records are in order before handling over to the Accounts
- To check on mandatory courses, compare and enroll the workers as assigned
- To assist on any ad-hoc operations' related matters as per assigned by the Operations Manager
