Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing service parts inventory to ensure optimal levels align with service requirements and targets.
- Support the forecasting and ordering process for inventory.
- Ensure timely stock replenishment for new models based on recommendations from the technical team.
- Update and maintain pricing for spare parts.
- Process orders from parts distributors.
- Handle the processing of returned defective parts and main units.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 3 - 5 years of inventory planning experience.
- Prior experience handling relatively small item SKUs will be an added advantage.
