Roles & Responsibilities
- To oversee and to ensure smooth operation of the Outlet
- Manage, drive and achieve KPI(s)
- Supervise and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service and build client relationships.
- Identifies and handles client enquiries and complaints.
- Ensures store presentation is consistent with the brand image.
- Coordinate and execute sales plans, marketing events and promotion programs.
- Ensure proper security measures are enforced across processes and store.
- Prepare all required operations and inventory reports.
- Stock control.
- Performs other duties (within skill and training) as assigned by Operations Manager
Requirements:
- Comfortable to work on a 6 days’ week schedule with rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
- Flexible in rotating working shifts (Opening and closing shift)
- Willing to stand for long hours
- Physical fit to carry 10-15 kg products
- Possess strong leadership, outstanding planning and coordination, and ability to motivate a team of sales staff
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related operation
- Willing to support OT when required
