Responsibilities:
Ensure efficient policy fulfillment while maintaining compliance with service standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage policy fulfillment and ensure timely issuance within stipulated turnaround time.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in policy documentation and file archiving processes.
- Improve workflows to enhance productivity, efficiency, and accuracy in policy servicing.
- Participate in UAT projects and support personal lines product launches and system enhancements.
- Provide operational support for office and assist with other activities as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have experience in policy processing, particularly in personal lines, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
Skills/Requirement:
- Diploma holder with experience in policy processing and customer policy services.
- BCP and PGI certifications are mandatory for the role.
- Familiarity with AS400 system and experience in process improvements is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and excellent communication skills.
