PLANT ENGINEER
(a) Assist the Plant Manager to oversee the operation of all plant and equipment;
(b) Interact with Manager, Supervisor and General Workers and Sub Contractors;
(c) Provide assistance and direction to other plant personnel in proper plant procedures and manufacture methods and maintenance;
(d) Lead a group of General Workers to operate and maintain a 350 tons per hour Asphalt Recycle Plant;
(e) Responsible for all Charge-hands and workers under the Plant Division;
(f) Plan and monitor the daily and all preventive maintenance;
(g) Responsible for the training of all junior staff especially in the area of asphalt plant production and maintenance;
(h) Responsible for the stock control;
(i) Responsible for ensuring the EHS on plant premises and workers quarter, etc
· Prepare the risk methodology for all jobs;
· Assess the risk involved and incorporate controls to minimize the risk; and
(j) Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.
Job Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Preferably a Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/;Civil Engineering
· Preferably 1- 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
