About the role:
- Oversee, manage, and supervise Company’s in-house and external Contractors for all mechanical maintenance works related to planning and execution of:
(a) daily maintenance [preventive, corrective, & breakdown maintenance],
(b) transition maintenance,
(c) turnaround maintenance and
(d) upgrading and improvement related to maintenance
- Ensure all mechanical maintenance activities are carried out in accordance to the Company’s
- HSEQ Standards & Maintenance Management System, statutory requirements and best industry practices.
- Establish, continually improve & execute Company’s maintenance management system in a safe, efficient, and effective way to achieve highest equipment reliability & availability
- objective.
- Update and maintain accurate maintenance records in order to provide good maintenance history for data analysis and troubleshooting purposes.
- Conduct root cause analysis to eliminate equipment/ system defect and take appropriate preventive/ corrective measures.
- Optimize & manage mechanical maintenance inventory level of critical & non-critical equipment spare parts.
About you:
- Degree in Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
- Familiar with Static and Rotating equipment
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Chemical Process Plant.
- An aptitude for and interest in chemical process
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good communication skill and able to collaborate with different functions
- Problem-solving skills
