HR Executive (2yrs exp/Dip/Construction/Immediate/Short Notice)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand the manpower needs and prepare job descriptions and hiring plans.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws during the hiring process.
  • Coordinate training programs and ensure employees receive the necessary skills and certifications required by industry regulations.
  • Work closely with management to identify training needs and develop appropriate training modules.
  • Act as the point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, including policies, benefits, grievances, and workplace safety.
  • Manage the employee onboarding process, including the orientation program for new hires, ensuring they are familiar with company policies, safety procedures, and work ethics.
  • Maintain employee records, including contracts, leave applications, and attendance.

Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant HR admin experience, preferably in the construction industries.
  • Must have experience in recruitment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
