Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand the manpower needs and prepare job descriptions and hiring plans.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws during the hiring process.
- Coordinate training programs and ensure employees receive the necessary skills and certifications required by industry regulations.
- Work closely with management to identify training needs and develop appropriate training modules.
- Act as the point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, including policies, benefits, grievances, and workplace safety.
- Manage the employee onboarding process, including the orientation program for new hires, ensuring they are familiar with company policies, safety procedures, and work ethics.
- Maintain employee records, including contracts, leave applications, and attendance.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant HR admin experience, preferably in the construction industries.
- Must have experience in recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
