Job Description:

Join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor / Senior Supervisor where you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities at our restaurant. You will lead the team to deliver outstanding service, enforce company standards, and drive sales while ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for both staff and customers. This role is ideal for energetic individuals with a passion for the food and beverage industry and strong leadership skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.
  • Enforce company standards and maintain the integrity of the restaurant.
  • Drive sales through effective operational execution and staff motivation.
  • Address customer feedback and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Implement cost control measures to achieve profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with human resource standards, safety, and security protocols.
  • Maintain quality control and hygiene standards within the restaurant.
  • Train, recruit, and develop staff, providing ongoing feedback and support.
  • Create and manage staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Coordinate events, including staff briefings and preparation.
  • Assist in menu planning, including beverage and wine selections.
  • Manage inventory submissions and POS system updates.
  • Generate monthly reports on sales, customer feedback, and inventory.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times.
