- Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage to enhance profitability.
- Utilize effective selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.
- Oversee cash management and stock control, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and serve beverages according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Innovate new cocktail recipes and enhance presentation techniques.
- Pair food with appropriate beverages, providing recommendations to guests.
- Train and motivate the service team to uphold service excellence.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
