2) Job Description:

Join our team as an Floor Captain, where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our assigned food and beverage outlets. You will engage with customers, manage service standards, and drive sales through innovative beverage offerings and excellent customer relations. If you are passionate about delivering quality service and have a commitment to enhancing guest experiences, we want to hear from you!

3) Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Operate the assigned F&B outlet effectively, ensuring all service operations run smoothly.
  • Maintain high standards of customer relations, addressing complaints and queries satisfactorily.
  • Set up the outlet for service and supervise daily operations for efficiency.
  • Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage to enhance profitability.
  • Utilize effective selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.
  • Oversee cash management and stock control, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and serve beverages according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Innovate new cocktail recipes and enhance presentation techniques.
  • Pair food with appropriate beverages, providing recommendations to guests.
  • Train and motivate the service team to uphold service excellence.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
