Role:
This is a full-time, onsite, Operations Support Officer Role in MOE High School. If you are selected,
You will work closely with Admin Manager (AM), Operations Manager (OM) and School Leaders (SLs) in a High school (nearest MRT- Tanah Merah) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain general cleanliness of school compound including cleaning of CCA venues, staff rooms and special rooms. This will include sweeping, mopping & clearing of rubbish etc
- Arranging/re-arranging furniture for meetings/exams/functions as and when required
- Moving heavy objects from point to point
- Locking/unlocking classrooms
- Operate and maintain basic office equipment & materials if required
- Any other task assigned by the Reporting Officer
Job Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in teams.
- Prior experience in any of the below areas would be an advantage:
- Logistics-related work
- Cleaning duties
- Administrative roles
- School-related experience
- Have an acceptable level of fitness and resilience to be able to perform the role effectively.
- Ability to work on rotating shifts & Saturdays, if necessary
Summary:
Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025
Working Hours:
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
Mondays to Fridays - Rotating shifts and inclusive of 30mins lunch break
6am to 3pm
7.30am to 4.30pm
10am to 7pm
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
